Booking Deposits & Payment Policy

To secure your spot at Paintball Heaven, we require a booking deposit from all groups—this policy applies regardless of whether you are using promotional vouchers. If you prefer, you are also more than welcome to pay the full amount upfront to confirm your reservation immediately.

Deposit Requirements

Areas: Price:
Ocean View Private Area: R550.00 + 50% paintball deposit
Corner Private Area: R450.00 + 50% paintball deposit
Communal Sitting Area: 50% paintball deposit only (no venue hire fee)

The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of play. Please note we are a cashless venue—all balances must be paid via debit or credit card.

Terms & Conditions Of Bookings:

  • We do not accept cheque payments.
  • Payments are non-refundable if cancelation is not done 24 hrs before the booking in writing. A 20 % admin fee will be charged on refunds.
  • You can however reschedule your booking for a future date. In the case of a no show, deposit is forfeited.
